Managing Creative Director
SCOUT is looking for an amazing Managing Creative Director to lead the Creative Department in our Atlanta office.
You must encourage the highest level of creativity throughout our organization. You are a creator, but also have a way of getting great work out of your reports.
You are a savvy marketer and understands the importance of smart research, data, and meaningful consumer insights to generate big ideas.
You must live and breathe digital. You are able to ideate and execute across all media channels. You need to be curious around “What’s next?” Technology and media channels are changing at the speed of light, so this person embraces change with enthusiasm.
You always welcome ideas from anyone.
You believe in the power of collaboration.
You must have outstanding presentation skills and be a commanding story-teller and story-builder.
You must have had a progressive career with an innovative portfolio of work and ideas. Additionally, you must be able to clearly demonstrate how your work has translated to positive business results, not simply creativity and/or awards.

You will play an integral role in new biz pitches. You must champion the strategic imperatives and help develop a theme, or storyline for a pitch, in addition to conceptual brand ideas
You should act as an ambassador for us outside the walls of Scout. You need to be well connected in the industry, active in professional industry groups (IE: Ad club be enthusiastic about networking and seeking speaking engagements and other ways to help promote awareness of Scout).
You will manifest new and innovative products/service offerings for Scout that create value for our clients and our organization.
You will be part of our Senior Management Team and will have fiduciary duties.
